JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for leading sales activities of crushing, screening and washing equipments within a designated area or territory, selling and achieving revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned area or territory.
- Generate Leads and convert to potential business.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs, and develop effective sales plans and tactics to capitalize on them.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy machinery, Crusher or construction equipment industry.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns in the area.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
