Creating detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation for NPD projects that includes stages like Design, Purchase, manufacturing, Assembly and testing.
Track NPD project milestones, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials by forecasting demand, mitigating bottlenecks, and identifying alternative solutions.
Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize their impact.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions for optimal performance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
3 year or 4 year Degree in Arts/Science/Engg
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project monitoring.
Strong ability to assess project data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and relevant industry standards.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring projects remain on track.
Experience with Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
