Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assembly of equipment as per the production plan.
- Ensure the all the quality check sheet are maintained and filled to ensure the all the quality parameters are met.
- Maintain the shop floor by ensuring the principle 5S ,kaizen are met.
- Productivity Improvements through time study & Percentage reduction in SMH Per Year in Assembly Area.
- Test each equipment after the assembly, identify potential problems, correct the identified problems and implement preventive action where required.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- Ability to read assembly drawings.
- Good knowledge of Assembly tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Good analytical skill
