Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of crusher equipment on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage field service schedules, dispatching technicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings.
