If there are any requirements or changes to the design, confirmation from the design and HOD must be obtained by mail in order for the flow to continue closing.
Visit the supplier’s end every day and check the status via mail.
Document any nonconformance, rework, or deviation from the suppliers and follow up.
Preserve the supplier inspection calls in relation to OTD completion.
Keep track of the supplier’s delivery records for the first time right.
Product and supplier end process inspections and observations must be documented.
Deviation/NC to be closed against our criteria and highlighted via letter.
The dashboard must be monitored and summited on a weekly and monthly basis for supplier performance.
To prevent complaints from customers, maintain CAPA and reaction confirmation.
Ensure the quantity as per the packing list.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3 years of experience in any manufacturing /fabrication sectors.
Knowledge of structural inspection is necessary.
The knowledge and material specifications needed for structural plates.
Proficiency in handling instruments: M. Tape, Vernier, and Micrometre.
Production Water level, plum, diagonal, location, and assembly are among the inspection skills.
Knowledge of the painting, blasting, and inspection processes.
